ReplyDeleteHas this game anything to do with what we want to do?
The way it mixes action with swords/magic is nicely done. Art and stylewise it stands out too. It also handles quite a lot of enimies on the screen at once. We might want to consider how hectic we want our game to get? Multiple enimies or one at a time.etc?
ReplyDeleteAlso the environment lets you see the bigger picture and is used as a narrative describing the world and whats happening. for instance the first level once you get outside the castle, there is an epic battle going on as well as projectiles flying through the sky making the fight you are having feel like a small part of a big battle.
ReplyDeletesimplified, our bacgrounds tell a story.
